Our policy commences from the date of purchase and lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tag attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and treats, and spa products (shampoos, conditioners, odor sprays, etc.) cannot be returned*.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Dog Bowls
– Some health and personal care items
*We ensure 100% satisfaction to all fur-clients and their parents, so if you purchased several packages of a meal that is not working out for your pet, we can exchange the unused packages for a new recipe or return for store credit. In order to exchange or return Frozen Food, packages must be unopened and unthawed (remained frozen since purchase).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed in-store, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund for a purchase made by a debit card or credit card yet, first check your bank account again or with your credit card provider.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take some time before crediting your refund to your bank account or credit card account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
